Description
Eight glowing candles. A magnificent gathering of winter greenery. The wild beauty of Christmas, brought indoors.
Introducing The Christmas Woodland Gathering – Luxury 8 Candle Centrepiece, an extraordinary Christmas table arrangement inspired by the untamed beauty of the Irish countryside in winter.
Designed to make a statement, this magnificent woodland centrepiece brings together eight elegant ivory pillar candles, an abundance of fresh seasonal evergreens, beautifully sculptural winter branches and a rich collection of natural festive ingredients.
Fresh fir and pine mingle with silvery eucalyptus, dried orange slices, cinnamon sticks, natural pine cones, decorative lotus heads and delicate woodland seed heads. Bare, twiggy branches rise through the arrangement, creating movement, height and a wonderfully wild, organic silhouette.
Generous, dramatic and deliberately natural, this is Christmas decorating at its most beautiful.
Rather than relying on glitter, bright baubles or traditional festive ornaments, we’ve allowed the natural materials to take centre stage. Rich forest greens, warm earthy browns, muted citrus tones and soft cream accents create a timeless Christmas colour palette.
Every arrangement is individually handcrafted by our florists in Dún Laoghaire, with the attention to detail, generous proportions and relaxed, garden-inspired styling that define Forest Green.
A Magnificent Luxury Christmas Table Centrepiece
Some Christmas arrangements are designed to complement a table.
The Christmas Woodland Gathering – 8 Candle Centrepiece is designed to transform it.
Created in an exceptionally generous, elongated shape, this luxurious arrangement stretches across the centre of a large dining table, with fresh foliage and natural branches flowing outwards in a beautifully unstructured woodland design.
The arrangement is full of depth and texture, combining layers of rich winter greenery with striking sculptural elements.
Its carefully selected seasonal ingredients include:
- Eight elegant ivory pillar candles arranged at varying heights
- Abundant fresh fir, pine and seasonal evergreen foliage
- Beautifully textured natural pine cones in assorted sizes
- Dried orange slices in warm amber tones
- Decorative lotus heads and natural seed pods
- Fragrant cinnamon sticks
- Eucalyptus and soft silvery-green foliage
- Tall, bare winter branches and rustic woodland twigs
- Delicate cream and neutral seasonal botanicals
- Natural dried seed heads and textural accents
The result is a truly luxurious Christmas centrepiece, with every detail contributing to its rich, layered appearance.
The combination of fresh and dried ingredients creates a beautifully balanced arrangement that feels both festive and completely connected to nature.
Because we work with fresh, seasonal and natural materials, individual ingredients may vary slightly. Each design will retain the same generous proportions, earthy woodland palette and beautifully wild character.

Inspired by the Wild Irish Woodlands
The inspiration behind The Christmas Woodland Gathering comes from the quiet beauty of the Irish landscape in winter.
Imagine walking through a woodland on a crisp December morning.
Tall evergreen trees stand against bare winter branches. Fallen pine cones scatter the forest floor. Rich green foliage contrasts with the warm browns of bark, twigs and natural seed heads.
It is this wonderfully untamed beauty that we’ve brought into our Christmas Woodland Gathering collection.
For our luxury eight-candle design, we’ve taken that inspiration to an entirely new scale.
Generous evergreen branches create a rich, abundant foundation. Eucalyptus softens the arrangement with silvery foliage, while dried orange slices and cinnamon bring warmth and traditional Christmas character.
Natural pine cones, lotus heads and woodland botanicals add beautiful detail, while tall, irregular branches extend through the design to create its distinctive wild silhouette.
The arrangement feels as though an entire winter woodland has been gathered and carefully brought indoors.
Wild, dramatic, abundant and unmistakably Forest Green.
A Truly Luxurious Christmas Statement Piece
This is not an ordinary Christmas table decoration.
The Christmas Woodland Gathering – Luxury 8 Candle Centrepiece is a substantial, handcrafted floral design created for those who want something exceptional.
Its impressive proportions and richly layered natural ingredients make it a beautiful focal point for larger interiors and special festive occasions.
Despite its generous scale, the design retains a wonderfully relaxed, natural feeling.
Branches reach beyond the greenery, foliage flows organically across the table and every pine cone, seed head and dried orange slice contributes to the impression of a woodland scene.
It is luxurious without being overly formal, dramatic without being artificial, and festive without relying on traditional Christmas decorations.
A beautiful choice for anyone who appreciates exceptional floristry, natural materials and contemporary woodland-inspired design.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is included in The Christmas Woodland Gathering – 8 Candle Centrepiece?
This luxury arrangement includes eight ivory pillar candles surrounded by abundant fresh evergreen foliage, eucalyptus, natural pine cones, dried orange slices, cinnamon sticks, decorative lotus heads, winter branches and seasonal woodland botanicals.
Are all eight candles included?
Yes. Eight ivory pillar candles are included as part of the design, arranged at varying heights throughout the centrepiece.
Is this your largest Christmas Woodland Gathering arrangement?
This is the grandest design in our Christmas Woodland Gathering collection, created for larger dining tables and impressive festive displays.
Is the arrangement suitable for a large Christmas dining table?
Yes. Its substantial, elongated shape makes it especially suitable for larger rectangular dining tables. As this is a generous statement piece, we recommend allowing plenty of table space.
What makes this a luxury Christmas centrepiece?
Its exceptional scale, eight pillar candles, abundant fresh greenery, sculptural winter branches and carefully layered natural botanicals make it a substantial, individually handcrafted design.
What colours are used?
The arrangement features deep forest greens, earthy browns, warm dried orange tones, soft cream accents and silvery eucalyptus. The overall appearance is natural, rustic and understated.
Does it contain traditional Christmas decorations?
The design focuses on natural woodland ingredients rather than bright baubles, glitter or artificial decorations. Pine cones, dried orange, cinnamon and winter branches give it its distinctive Christmas character.
Will my arrangement look exactly like the photograph?
Every arrangement is individually handcrafted using natural seasonal materials. Some ingredients and branch shapes may vary, but the generous scale, eight-candle design and natural woodland style will be maintained.
How long will the fresh greenery last?
With appropriate care, fresh evergreen foliage can remain attractive throughout much of the festive period. Keep the arrangement in a cool location, away from radiators, direct heat and strong sunlight.
Can the eight pillar candles be lit?
The candles are primarily decorative. Because the arrangement contains fresh foliage, dry branches and flammable natural materials, we recommend using the candles unlit. If candles are ever lit, they must have safe clearance from every surrounding material, be continuously supervised and be extinguished well before the flame approaches the greenery. If safe clearance cannot be guaranteed, do not light them.
Can I order this for a corporate Christmas event?
Yes. This arrangement is particularly suitable for corporate dining, hospitality venues and larger festive events. Please contact us in advance to discuss your requirements.
Is this suitable as a Christmas gift?
Absolutely. It makes an impressive gift for someone with a large dining table, a spacious home or a love of natural Christmas styling.
