Rather than following a fixed recipe, our florist begins with the most beautiful seasonal flowers and foliage available to us that day.

Head Gardener’s Choice gives our florist the creative freedom to select flowers for their quality, colour, texture and character, rather than working from a predetermined list of stems.
We begin by looking at what is particularly beautiful that day.
From there, the arrangement develops naturally.
Flowers are layered at different heights, foliage creates movement and unusual seasonal elements can be introduced where they add something special to the composition.
The finished arrangement is abundant, natural and unmistakably Forest Green.

Head Gardener’s Choice isn’t intended to look like a conventional, tightly rounded hand-tied bouquet.
Our Wild Garden style celebrates movement, asymmetry, texture and space.
Statement flowers are balanced with more delicate stems. Beautiful foliage extends beyond the arrangement. Some flowers sit prominently while others appear almost unexpectedly between branches and greenery.
The overall effect should feel as though an extraordinary garden has been gathered together and brought indoors.
